Charlotte Lacy “A professional experience with a personal touch.”

Charlotte has been helped countless buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals for over 32 years and she looks forward to helping you do the same! Charlotte offers a unique perspective to the world of real estate as her knowledge goes beyond the local housing market and includes the numbers side of the business. Her previous career as a senior mortgage loan officer allows her to accommodate her clients by pre-qualifying them and, in many cases, help them understand how they can easily finance their purchase. Charlotte’s excellent contract negotiation skills and no-nonsense work ethic further illustrates her desire to honor her clients by providing them with the highest level of service and an enjoyable real estate experience.

Many of Charlotte’s clients appreciate her patience and willingness to go the extra mile to meet their needs. She has overseen rehab projects for clients who live out of the area, utilizing her building and construction knowledge to ensure that the project is heading in the right direction. Charlotte also recognizes that many first-time buyers are unsure of the home buying process and takes it upon herself to educate them so that they can make sound, informed decisions.

Charlotte is a graduate of the investment schools of Trump University and Robert Kyiosoki and has studied with Peter Conti. She has handled short sales and foreclosures in the Austin metroplex since the 1980s. She has also attained the GRI and RMS designations and is a member of the Million Dollar Club.

Charlotte has lived in the Austin area since 1982 with her husband, a pilot, and three children. She is the proud grandmother to ten grandchildren and enjoys flying with her husband. She regularly volunteers at the local women’s shelter and through her church.
