Gari and Robert Kauffman : Our Client-First Philosophy

That said, in our experience as Austin real estate professionals and Realtors®, we've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first. This means keeping ourselves accessible, being good listeners as well as good communicators, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we've found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.

Robert has lived in Austin since 1971, about half of the time in South Austin and the other half in North Austin, so he is very familiar with the entire metro area. Out of 437 realtors in our NW Austin Keller Williams office, he was #9 in 2008 in total commissions earned and #10 in volume produced.

Gari first received her real estate license in 1986, giving her more than 20 years knowledge and experience of the real estate market in central Texas. She offers this experience for sellers or buyers needing information about local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, and ordinances that might affect your real estate decision. She makes a full-time commitment to all of her clients. Her desire is to give excellence to you and her track record with customer service is second to none.
